One promise, kept by architecture rather than by policy: your broker credentials never reach us and are never stored. The monitoring agent runs in your own terminal and authenticates with a TradeAquila key — what it pushes (equity, positions, closed trades) is stored on our servers, because that history is your dashboard. Here is exactly what is processed where.
| Data | Where it's handled | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Broker credentials | Never sent to us | The agent authenticates with your TradeAquila key — your broker login and password stay in your terminal. |
| Live monitor data | Server | Equity, open positions, closed trades and agent status events your own terminal pushes — stored to power your dashboard and history. |
| Close commands (Control) | Server → your terminal | Relayed only when YOU click Close on the dashboard. The agent never opens trades and we never trade on our own initiative. |
| Account info | Server | Email, name, profile image, session. |
| Payment details | Payment processor (when live) | We store an id + plan status, never card numbers. |
In short: we store what your own terminal chooses to push, because a monitoring dashboard without history would be a screenshot. What we never hold: your credentials — login, password — and your card number.
