Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradeAquila ("TradeAquila", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What TradeAquila is — and is not

TradeAquila provides live monitoring of trading accounts (MT4, MT5, NinjaTrader 8), risk and goal tracking, a per-trade journal, an AI assistant (AquilaWing) and a comparison directory of providers. These are educational, evidence-based technical tools. TradeAquila is not financial, investment or trading advice; it does not provide trade signals; and it does not sell, manage or execute trading strategies. The only order-related action the service performs is relaying a position close that you trigger yourself from your dashboard to your own terminal — it never opens trades and never acts on its own initiative. It makes no guarantee of future performance. All trading decisions are yours alone.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute the service.
• Don't use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Use the data-ingestion endpoint only with your own connection key and terminal.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

5. Trading risk disclaimer

Trading leveraged and automated instruments carries a high risk of loss. Backtests and historical results are not indicative of future performance. TradeAquila's scores and analyses are estimates based on the data you provide and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

6. AquilaWing & AI

AquilaWing is an AI assistant built on large language models provided by Anthropic. Its answers are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a human, and can be incomplete or plainly wrong — treat them as a starting point, never as investment advice. It makes no automated decision producing legal effects for you: it only comments on data you already own, and nothing it says changes your account, your plan or your trades. What is sent to Anthropic is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAquila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property & your data

We own the TradeAquila software, brand and content. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can erase your data yourself from your account page.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
