Please read this carefully. By using TradeAquila ("TradeAquila", "we") you acknowledge and accept the following. It applies to the whole service — the live monitor, guides and any partner links.

1. Not financial or investment advice

TradeAquila is an educational and analytical tool. Nothing on the service — no score, report, metric, chart, guide, alert or recommendation — is investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. We do not know your circumstances and do not provide personalised advice.

2. No guarantee of performance

TradeAquila's scores and analyses are estimates computed from the data you provide. They describe historical/statistical properties of that data — they are not predictions of future results and not a guarantee that a strategy will be profitable, "safe", or that it will pass any prop-firm or broker requirement. A high score does not mean money will be made; a low score does not mean it will be lost.

3. Trading involves substantial risk

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures and other leveraged or automated instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. It is not suitable for everyone. Past performance and backtest results do not indicate future results — live results are frequently worse than a backtest. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek independent advice if you are unsure.

4. What TradeAquila is not

• We do not sell, provide or manage trading strategies or Expert Advisors.
• We do not provide trade signals or copy-trading.
• We do not manage accounts, hold funds, or execute trades on your behalf.
• We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, fund, or a registered investment adviser, and we are not regulated as a financial services firm.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and their outcomes. Any action you take based on TradeAquila is at your own risk. Use of the live monitor and its optional controls (e.g. closing a position) is initiated by you; we do not guarantee delivery, timing or execution.

6. Data accuracy & limitations

Analyses are only as good as the data you provide and the assumptions of the methods used. Reports may be incomplete, contain errors, or misrepresent a strategy — for example if the input data is limited, unrepresentative, or modelled rather than real-tick. TradeAquila is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our transparency page for what the service does and does not cover.

7. Third-party & affiliate links

TradeAquila may show links to third-party partners (for example VPS providers or brokers). Some are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Their presence is not an endorsement, a ranking, or an investment recommendation, and we are not responsible for third-party products, services or content. Evaluate any provider independently.

8. Availability & jurisdiction

The service is provided for general information and may not be appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use — and any trading you do — complies with the laws that apply to you.
