Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for TradeAquila subscriptions. It complements our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged. Once the trial ends, billing works as described in the Terms and the sections below. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved throughout.

2. Subscriptions & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.
• You can cancel at any time from your account (billing portal). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period that has already started.

3. Refunds

• Payments for periods already started are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a refund or withdrawal right.
• EU/EEA consumers: statutory withdrawal rights are respected. Where they apply and haven't been waived by starting use of the paid features, contact us within the legal window for a refund.
• Billing errors (e.g. a duplicate or accidental charge) are always put right — just contact us.

4. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above and apply to future charges.
